In their final year at St Paul’s, our Year 6 pupils develop into students we can proudly send to their next level of learning. The pupils work hard in their academic studies, but the year is also full of interesting subjects to study, backed up by trips such as visits to the Sky Studios and the Houses of Parliament.
The children develop their sense of responsibility throughout the year, taking on a variety of duties to help the school run smoothly, including Class Monitors, standing for House Captains, playing an important part in the School Council and running clubs for the younger children.
Important events in the Y6 calendar include; Mini-Enterprise when the pupils run businesses in small groups together, the new Bushcraft residential trip and of course the Musical Production in the summer term.
By the time Y6 have led their Leaver’s Service, they are prepared and ready as learners and young people to move onto their new schools.
