No employees at our school have a gross annual salary of £100,000 or more.

Gender Pay Gap Reporting Statement

As a school with fewer than 250 employees, we are not legally required to report gender pay gap data under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.

However, we are committed to fairness, equality, and transparency in all aspects of employment.

At the time of this statement, our staff team consists of 27 employees — 26 female and 1 male. Due to the small size of our workforce and the very limited number of male staff, we have chosen not to publish a formal gender pay gap report, as the data would not provide meaningful analysis or protect individual privacy.

We continue to ensure that pay decisions are based on role, responsibility, and experience, and we regularly review our pay policies to support equality across the school.
