Welcome to Year 5 Firecrests!

I hope that you are looking forward to the academic year ahead. I am really looking forward to teaching the children and working alongside you in fostering their love of learning to ensure a happy and successful year!

PE

PE will take place on a Monday and Wednesday.

Home Learning Expectations

Reading: Children are expected to read for a minimum of 15 minutes at least 4 times a week (please ensure this is logged in their Reading Record Books).

Times Tables: Children are expected to be on Times Tables Rock Stars for 30 minutes per week.

Spellings: Children are expected to practise spellings on a daily basis. The spellings to practise each week are on this page.
