A very warm welcome to our new Year 6 class! I hope you have all had a wonderful summer and are feeling ready for an exciting year ahead.

This is a particularly special year as it is your final year at our school. We have so many exciting things to look forward to, from new learning and challenges to special events, trips, celebrations and plenty of opportunities to make wonderful memories together.

We are really looking forward to getting to know you all, watching you grow in confidence and independence, and celebrating everything you achieve along the way. Let’s make our final year at primary school one to remember!

We are so excited for the year ahead!

In their final year at St Paul’s, our Year 6 pupils develop into students we can proudly send to their next level of learning. The curriculum is enriched by class trips, a residential, a Mini-Enterprise challenge and the legendary Summer production. 

The children develop their sense of responsibility throughout the year, taking on a variety of duties to help the school run smoothly, including Class Monitors, standing for House Captains, playing an important part in the School Council and running clubs for the younger children.

By the time Year 6 have led their Leaver’s Graduation, they are prepared and ready as learners and young people to move onto their new schools,

Class Information 2026 - 2027

Our P.E days this year will be Monday and Thursday. On P.E days, children should come to school in the P.E kits. Details of our school P.E kit can be found on our website.
