This was founded in 1969 and parents and staff are automatically members. The committee consists of approximately twelve parent representatives and a teacher representative. The Headteacher is the
President of the association. They organise a variety of activities throughout the year to raise funds and involve everyone in the life of the school.
Most recently the PTA has raised funds for some of our interactive whiteboards, the shelter erected outside the Reception classroom and books for the school library and several reading trolleys.
All parents are urged to support the work of the PTA. This can be through joining the committee, attending events and spending money! All monies raised are spent to improve a variety of aspects of school life - to improve facilities and resources for the children.
