Activities and Visits

All activities and visits are subject to the Buckinghamshire Educational Visits Policy and Guidance. Parents will be notified of a proposed activity or visit and asked if they would make a voluntary contribution to help cover the cost. If sufficient numbers make this viable the activity or visit will proceed. Should there be insufficient numbers the activity or visit will be cancelled.

Activities Outside School Hours:
Charges for these will be based on the actual cost of the activity.

Music lessons in school:
Peripatetic teachers visit school with a variety of instruments to teach private lessons.  Please ask at the school office for details.

Other Activities
There are a wide variety of clubs and activities after school. These are mainly for pupils from Year 3 upwards since younger children need a break at the end of the day.

After school they can take part in clubs such as football, netball, cricket, drama, Buskers.

Many clubs are seasonal. The school organises a ''Clubs Fair'' when the children can find out about clubs and sign up for membership. Parental permission will always be sought for joining/attending extra-curricular activities.

Children have opportunities to perform throughout the year in music and drama at our Christmas, Spring and Summer concerts, various current events and charitable activities.

Collections
We continue to collect unwanted specatacles for Vision Aid. The box is kept in the school entrance foyer.

We also collect Postage Stamps for RNIB.

We generally collect vouchers issued by the major supermarkets. These are exchanged for the promotional material specified.

Second Hand Uniform

If anyone needs any items in between the Second Hand Uniform sales then please speak to Mrs Phillips or Ms Stolpova and they will be happy to help.  If you leave your number at the school office we can pass it on to them.
