  • Key Stage One Nativity triumph!

    Wed 12 Dec 2018

The children in Reception, Years 1 and 2 performed a fantastic interpretation of the age-old story of Jesus' birth this week. 'Straw and Order' saw the cows and donkeys locked in a legal battle over occupation of the stable at Bethlehem. The judge investigating the case learned of Mary & Joseph's journey, the miracle birth in the stable and the visitors who came to worship the new King. The play ended with the cows and donkeys agreeing to live in harmony together.

Year 2 acted, sang and danced brilliantly, clearly enjoying every moment of performing for their families.

Reception and Year 1 were enthusiastic in their support as the choir.

Another year of Christmas celebrations shared by the whole school community! Thanks to the staff who have worked so hard to make the Nativity this year such a success.

  • iSingPOP success!

    Mon 03 Dec 2018

We had a fantastic week with Sandy from iSingPOP, learning brand new celebratory Christmas songs. The week culminated in two great concerts at St Paul’s Church. CDs are available to order which feature our children singing the upbeat, fun songs. They are a great way to get into the Christmas spirit!
